खूबसूरत~

वो कैसे बिना श्रृंगार के भी इतनी खूबसूरत दिखती है,

हमें तेग़-ए-अदा दिखा गई, हम इस बात से घायल हैं।

वो घटा पानी से ज्यादा है जिसमे ज़िंदगी दिखती है,

हमें तो बाद-ए-सबा दिखा गई, हम प्यार में पागल हैं।

वो कैसे रुख़सार-ओ-लब के नुक़ूश से बेहतर दिखती है,

हमें तो मंज़र दिखा गई, हम महरूमियों का काजल हैं।

वो भी किसी पर मरती होगी ज़रा तग़ाफ़ुल दिखती है,

हमें नया उफ़ुक़ दिखा गई, हम उसके नैनों में ओझल हैं।

वो कैसे मुझेको हमारे रह-ओ-रस्म में मयस्सर दिखती है,

हमें इंतिहा-ए-शौक़ दिखा गई, हम पलकों से जल-थल हैं।

वो शाम रब्त-ए-निहाँ में मेरी कई रातें छुपाए दिखती है,

हमें अंदाज़-ए-सितम दिखा गई, हम उसके होकर बेकल हैं।

वो कैसे बसी है दिल में की हिसार-ए-ज़ात में दिखती है,

हमें तो मुस्कान दिखा गई, हम ही आईने में क्यों शल हैं।

वो ख़ूबसूरत है इतनी की सूरत देखते ही जन्नत दिखती है,

हमें शाम-ए-क़ुदरत दिखा गई, हम भी सामान-ए-मसर्रत हैं।
